SPS Italia – Flexible and Scalable Automation Solutions

At SPS Italia, one of Southern Europe’s leading trade fairs for industrial automation, ELCO demonstrated its full product portfolio – from sensors and IO systems to advanced control technology. Key highlights included the LogicX controller series and the Compact67 IP67 I/O modules, both designed for fast integration and robust performance.

A notable feature of the booth was ELCO’s joint appearance with long-standing partner Telestar, a key player in the Italian market. This collaboration strengthened ELCO’s local presence and reinforced its proximity to real-world customer applications.
Numerous technical discussions focused on current projects and future challenges – a clear sign of ELCO’s growing recognition as a reliable and solution-oriented automation partner in Italy.

All About Automation – Connecting with the German Market
Location: Heilbronn, Germany 

In May 2025, ELCO took part in All About Automation in Heilbronn – a compact trade fair ideal for direct exchange with customers and partners from southern Germany.
The focus was on practical automation solutions for mechanical and plant engineering, including rugged sensors, compact IO systems, and ready-to-connect wiring technology. A particular highlight was the wide range of M12 connectors with customizable cable lengths – available starting from batch size one.

Thanks to its emphasis on practical usability, short delivery times, and a collaborative mindset, ELCO succeeded in establishing new contacts and strengthening existing relationships. While smaller than international lead fairs, AAA proved to be an important platform in a region known for mechanical engineering and industrial innovation.

Detroit Automation Expo – Launch in the U.S. Market

In 2025, ELCO made its successful debut at the Detroit Automation Expo, underlining its innovative strength in intelligent manufacturing.

The broad product range included high-accuracy optoelectronic sensors, IO-Link solutions, reliable connectors, and powerful 3D laser line sensors. Additional highlights were encoders, inductive sensors, and capacitive sensors, all of which received strong recognition for their role in industrial automation and smart detection.

Xiamen Industry Expo – Automation Technology for the Asian Market

At the Xiamen Industry Expo, ELCO stood out with its strong technical expertise and a comprehensive range of cutting-edge products.

A focal point was the presentation of ELCO’s IO-Link system portfolio, including the FX20 module, new IO modules, and various valve islands. Visitors also explored ELCO’s connection systems, servo controllers, and distribution boxes– all designed to meet the diverse needs of modern production environments.

In addition, ELCO showcased its fiber optic and contact sensors, 3D laser contour sensors for ultra-precise measurements, and safety products for enhanced industrial protection. The presence of expert staff ensured professional dialogue and deep technical insight for attendees.
