1. Perception Layer Core: ELCO Sensors

 

 

In the ELCO logistics automation system, multiple sensors work together to ensure precise detection and efficient operation in all links. The M18 cylindrical photoelectric series provides a variety of light sources and detection modes, suitable for position detection and product presence/absence judgment on conveyor lines and equipment. The OS4 thin-film sensor features a compact structure and supports through-beam and BGS modes, making it suitable for narrow spaces and fine object detection.

 

 

The OSM40/OSM41/OSM42 series of high-precision laser ranging sensors are suitable for high-precision measurement of small objects. The OSM41 series, an extension of the Time-of-Flight (TOF) principle, is widely used in scenarios such as material positioning, equipment cargo detection, and collision avoidance. The OS10S series of photoelectric sensors offers various detection methods, including through-beam, background suppression, and TOF, with a detection range up to 10 meters. With its compact structure and strong anti-interference capabilities, it excels in logistics and warehousing applications.

 

 

The OSM47 color sensor can quickly identify the color or color code of packages and stably distinguish the direction of goods flow, triggering automatic sorting and significantly enhancing the automation level and sorting accuracy of the logistics line. The OC10 series digital fiber optic sensors are flexible in connection and strong in anti-interference, ensuring stable detection even in harsh environments or under low reflectivity conditions.

 

 

The OSM300 long-range laser ranging sensor is installed on the handling equipment to measure the equipment's operational position in real-time with millimeter accuracy, providing stable and reliable performance for equipment in the logistics industry. The ODC300 optical data transmitter facilitates data exchange between the storage and retrieval system and the warehouse management system through an optical transmission system, and can be installed on mobile equipment without requiring on-site bus cables.

 

2. Joint control framework: ELCO IO system

 

 

This IO-Link master station supports the EtherCAT protocol, and can expand up to 16 IO modules, which translates to 256 digital signals. It boasts a local expansion capability of 80 meters and a 100-meter EtherCAT bus capability, enabling comprehensive distributed control of the conveyor line.

 

 

 

In the logistics conveyor line, the FX20 plug-in I/O system serves as a neural transmission hub for collecting cargo position signals, providing feedback on distance measurement data, and transmitting data from serial devices and some IO-Link slave devices.

3. Control center: ELCO PLC

 

 

The Logic X series of controllers covers high, medium, and low performance levels, with clock speeds ranging from 500MHz to 1.8GHz, and complies with the IEC 61131-3 standard. Its powerful processing capabilities can meet complex requirements ranging from logic control to multi-axis motion, robotics, and information processing, and it is widely used in equipment such as logistics conveyors, packaging, stackers, and automated storage and retrieval systems.

 

4. Intelligent Drive Core: ELCO Servo System

 

 

The SA/SC/SO series servo drives, paired with M series servo motors, boast a positioning accuracy of up to 25 bits and a position loop response speed of 125us. In industries such as logistics and packaging, they are suitable for precise positioning, position tracking, motion synchronization, and other high-precision control applications for mechanical equipment.

 

5. Precise Control: ELCO Distributed Frequency Converter

 

 

The ELCO distributed frequency converter covers a power range of 0.37~0.55kW, supports multiple mainstream protocols such as PROFINET and EtherCAT, and can be extended via I/O-Link. Its compact and robust design boasts a high protection level of IP55, perfectly fitting various complex industrial scenarios such as material conveyance.

 

6. Safety Light Curtain: ELCO Safety Products

 

 

 

 

The SE4 safety light curtain is used in logistics conveying, sorting, and palletizing areas to monitor personnel activities in real time. Once it detects unauthorized entry into the dangerous area, it immediately triggers a shutdown. The SR22 safety relay module is specifically designed for AGVs. It can quickly cut off the power supply and apply the brakes in case of obstacles. At the same time, it can be linked with the safety light curtain to achieve emergency power shutdown within 50ms in case of unauthorized entry by personnel on the sorting line.

 

 

 

In high-risk areas where safety door locks are compatible with safety switches, the SL110 safety door lock and door latch are used in conjunction with the maintenance door of the crossbelt sorter. If the door is not closed and locked, the equipment cannot be started. The SRW50 series RFID safety door switch is installed on the fencing door of the stacker crane. When a person opens the door, the stacker crane immediately stops and locks.

 

7. Sweeping And Positioning Integration: ELCO 3D Line Laser Sensor

 

 

ELCO 3D line laser sensor can achieve scanning and positioning functions, as well as automatic volume detection. It offers multiple triggering scanning modes, including time mode or encoder triggering mode, enabling precise scanning. It aligns with the high-speed detection pace of logistics, achieving up to 5kHz while ensuring high accuracy.

 

8. Data Artery: ELCO Industrial Router

 

 

The ELCO EDGE-R series industrial routers are equipped with 5G and WiFi capabilities. By combining different versions, this product can support mainstream 5G wireless networks, 5G+WIFI networking, and various broadband network connection services, ensuring that target devices can complete industrial internet applications such as network access and data interconnection.
